I went to pick up my order, it took forever. Nobody seemed to know where it was, or what was going on, so I ended up just standing around waiting, way longer than I expected.

so I gave the membership a try, but it didn’t feel worth it. There were too many extra fees, and I didn’t feel like I was getting much value in return

I had a few questions and, umm, the staff explained everything really clearly without making me feel dumb or awkward about asking

I felt good about how clean the range was overall. The lanes looked taken care of, and the bathrooms were in decent shape too, which is always reassuring for me. I did notice a couple of dusty corners here and there, so I wasn’t totally sure if everything gets checked as closely as it should. Still, it was a comfortable visit and I’d give it 4 stars

Range USA has been okay for me overall, but the pricing feels a little all over the place. Some things seem totally reasonable, while other stuff makes me pause because I know I could probably find it cheaper online or at a smaller local shop.
The range itself is convenient and gets the job done, so I still stop in from time to time. I guess it just makes me think more about what I’m really paying for, because once the fees and extras are added in, the value doesn’t always feel as strong as I’d like

So... I ordered online and it was really smooth. Everything showed up quickly, and the order was exactly right.

I figured the return might be a pain, but it was actually really straightforward. Sent it back, got my refund quickly, and there wasn’t any unnecessary hassle. Pretty much how it should be...

The store itself was totally fine and I didn’t really have any issues once someone helped me, but I did end up waiting around longer than I expected and it just felt a little slow that day, not a bad experience overall just not the quickest

I’ve been to Range USA a handful of times, and for the most part it’s been fine. The staff usually goes over the rules clearly, and most of the time the lanes feel organized and under control. It’s not a bad spot at all, I mean, overall I’ve had decent visits there.

That said, I did notice a couple people handling firearms in a way that made me pause, and it seemed like it took staff a little while to step in. Nothing actually happened, thankfully, but it still made me feel a bit uneasy. I’d go back, but I do wish the safety checks were more consistent.

They had a really good selection of firearms in stock, which was the main thing I was looking for. I found what I needed fast, and the whole thing was easy. Also, it’s always nice walking into a place and not feeling like everything is picked over. Overall, I’m happy with the visit.

I like the store well enough overall, but the ammo situation has been kind of frustrating. I went in a couple weeks ago, or maybe it was last month, after seeing some ammo listed online, and then it either wasn’t there anymore or wasn’t actually available at my store. Seems like the common calibers are out more often than I’d expect. The staff I talked to was nice and tried to help, I just wish they kept ammo stocked a little better

The shipping wasn’t terrible, but it definitely took a little longer than I was hoping. What really annoyed me was having to go through verification more than once, it felt repetitive and unnecessary. Overall, it was fine, just not as smooth as I expected.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the customer service was actually really good. The staff answered my questions, didn’t make me feel rushed, and kept the whole thing simple. I had a small issue come up, and they got it sorted faster than I figured they would. Overall, a nice place to deal with

I booked a lane through rangeusa.com and it was easy. The available times was clear, and my confirmation came through fast. The only thing is the page loaded a bit slow on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use it again...

I liked the feel of this place. It was chill and, reading between the lines, it seems like a good spot if you want to hang out without dealing with a big crowd or too much noise.

I took a class at Range USA it was a solid experience. The instructor clearly knew his stuff, but what I appreciated most was that he didn’t make it feel overly technical or intimidating. I’m the kind of person who thinks of five questions at once and then forgets three of them, so it helped that he explained things in a way that actually clicked. Also, the safety portion wasn’t rushed, which to me is kind of the whole point before anything else happens.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the class felt a little crowded. Not terrible, just enough that I didn’t always get as much one-on-one time as I would’ve liked. Still, I left feeling more comfortable and confident than when I walked in, which is what I was hoping for. I’d say it was worth it, especially if you’re newer or just want a good refresher.

I felt a little unsure at first, but the instructor made everything feel so much easier. One minute I was stressing, and the next I was actually enjoying it and realizing I was learning a lot. Really good experience overall.

I rented a lane and a handgun here, and the experience was kind of frustrating. The range itself seemed fine, and I did appreciate having rental options available, but check-in took a long time and the rental gun looked worn. I also didn’t get much explanation unless I asked more than once, and the staff seemed a little annoyed. For the price, I was hoping the whole process would feel more organized. I left disappointed and probably wouldn’t rent there again.
